The things worth saying plainly

Bullion counts

Bullion counts in full towards your tier, because it is a real part of what you spend with us. What it does not do is change the price of bullion — we sell it on very fine margins and never discount it — and it does not earn free postage. Orders containing bullion keep the standard $250 threshold, whatever tier you hold.

Early access never jumps an embargo

Early access applies to selected pre-orders, and your tier decides how far ahead of general sale you may buy. Where a mint or supplier has set an embargo, nobody may buy before it lifts — members included. Early access opens after an embargo, never before it.

A tier can go down

Your tier reflects the last twelve months, not a lifetime. As older orders pass out of that window a tier can fall as well as rise. Refunded and cancelled orders do not count, and neither do postage, vaulting fees or gift cards.

Trade accounts are separate

Wholesale and partner accounts buy on their own terms and sit outside this program. If you hold one, your pricing is unaffected.
