How it works
- Apply below. Every account is reviewed by a person; approval is at our discretion.
- Sign in. Wholesale prices are only visible to an approved account that’s signed in.
- Shop as normal. Your price is applied as you go, and the price in your cart is the price you pay.
Wholesale is for businesses buying to resell — dealers, jewellers, auction houses and established resellers. If you’re not sure whether you qualify, just ask.
How trade pricing works here
I’m approved but still seeing retail prices
You’re almost certainly signed out. Sign in and the prices will update. Wholesale prices are never shown publicly — logged-out visitors, retail customers and search engines all see retail.
Why do some products have no wholesale price?
Wholesale is enabled product by product, and many products don’t carry a wholesale price. That’s normal — margins differ enormously across collectables, accessories and bullion.
Where none is set you simply pay retail. Nothing is hidden or blocked because you hold a trade account.
Fixed prices and live bullion prices
Fixed pricing covers collectables and accessories. It changes only when we change it.
Live pricing covers investment bullion: your price is the spot metal price plus a trade premium lower than retail, so it moves through the day. The price when you add to cart is held for that order — it won’t move between cart and checkout.
Minimum quantities
A few products carry a minimum wholesale quantity, shown on the product page. Below it you’ll be asked to increase the quantity rather than quietly moved back to retail. Most products have no minimum.
Stock levels and getting volume
Stock shown is what’s genuinely free to sell. Units already committed to other orders aren’t offered again, so something can read as sold out while physical stock is on the premises.
Bullion moves quickly and much of the range is held in small quantities. If you need volume, contact us before ordering — we can tell you what’s on order and when we expect it.
GST
Investment-grade bullion meeting the required fineness is GST-free. Collectables, accessories and non-investment metals include GST. Same treatment for wholesale and retail, shown at checkout.
Orders, payment and large enquiries
Order and pay through the website as normal. We may contact you before dispatch if an order needs confirming — an unusually large bullion order, say, or a line where stock has changed. Larger or unusual orders are best discussed with us first.
Price changes and account review
Prices, premiums, minimums and eligibility can change without notice, and bullion moves with the market continuously. Prices are confirmed when you place your order.
Accounts are reviewed from time to time. We may suspend wholesale access where an account is inactive or no longer meets our criteria; that doesn’t close your customer account or affect orders already placed.
