How a tier is earned
Your tier is based on your qualifying spend over the last 12 months. It is recalculated as orders are placed and as older orders pass out of that window, so a tier can go down as well as up.
What counts
- Everything we sell — collector coins, accessories, collectible bars and bullion — at the price actually paid, including GST.
- Orders that have been paid for. An order awaiting payment counts once payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed with us before this program began, including those carried over from our previous store.
What does not count
- Postage, vaulting and storage fees, and gift cards.
- Cancelled orders, and any amount refunded to you.
- Wholesale and partner accounts, which trade with us on their own terms.
A note on bullion. Bullion counts in full towards your tier, because it is a real part of what you spend with us. What it does not do is change the price of bullion: we sell it on very fine margins and never discount it. Nor does it earn free postage — see below.

Early access
Early access applies to selected pre-orders, marked as such. Your tier decides how far ahead of general sale you may buy. You must be signed in to the account holding your tier.
Where a mint or supplier has set an embargo, nobody may buy before it lifts — including VIP members. Early access opens after the embargo, never before it.
Free standard post
Your tier lowers the order value at which standard postage becomes free, on orders of coins and accessories.
Orders containing bullion keep the standard $250 threshold, whatever tier you hold. Bullion is sold on margins that will not carry free freight. If you would rather not lose your lower threshold on a mixed basket, place the bullion as a separate order.
For Platinum+, “any eligible order” means free standard post at any order value, on an order that standard post can actually carry and that holds no bullion. Orders over $5,000 need an insured or specialist service and are quoted separately — we will not send something valuable by a cheaper service to honour a benefit.
Free postage applies to standard Australia Post only. Express and overnight services are charged as normal. Orders that need an insured or specialist service — by value, weight or destination — are quoted separately, and orders sent to the vault are not posted at all.
Gifts, offers and invitations
Surprise gifts, offers on selected collectibles and invitations to limited allocations are occasional and at our discretion. They are not guaranteed with any order, and no cash alternative is offered.
Changes
We may change these terms or the program. We will not reduce a tier you have already earned within its 12-month window because of a change we make.
