Our Tingalpa office is by appointment only. That keeps stock secure and means someone is always there and ready for you, rather than you arriving to a locked door.

What you can book

• Order pickup — collect an online order in person, free of charge.
• Selling bullion or coins — bring items in for inspection and a firm price.
• Testing or verifying items — have something checked before you buy or sell it.
• PCGS grading submission — hand over coins for us to lodge on your behalf.
• Wholesale or trade — for approved trade accounts.

• If you are selling, bring government-issued photo identification.
• If you are collecting an order, bring your order number and photo ID.
