Bring photo ID if you’re selling or collecting an order. Nothing is confirmed until we reply, so please wait for that email before travelling.

What can I book an appointment for?

Order pickup — collect an online order, free of charge
Selling bullion or coins — inspection and a firm price
Testing or verifying — have something checked before you buy or sell
PCGS grading — hand over coins for us to lodge on your behalf
Wholesale or trade — for approved trade accounts

Where is the office?

Tingalpa, Brisbane. The full address is sent with your confirmation email — we don’t publish it, because the office holds stock and isn’t open to walk-ins.

What should I bring?

Government-issued photo ID if you’re selling or collecting an order, plus your order number if you’re collecting.

If you’re selling, bring any original packaging, capsules or certificates — they can affect what we can offer.
