Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Most orders are shipped via Australia Post or Aramex using tracked parcel services.

Where applicable, a flat-rate express shipping option may be available at checkout.


Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Standard Shipping

  • Queensland: 2–5 business days

  • Interstate: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Regional areas: 2–4 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and your location.


Pre-Orders

Some products on our store are sold as pre-orders.

If an item is a pre-order, the expected shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

The Coin Shed is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at:
