Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags attached (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Bullion products, including gold, silver, platinum and other precious metal bullion. Due to the nature of the bullion market and the constant fluctuation in precious metal prices, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on bullion items, except where required under Australian Consumer Law or if the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (where eligible). Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like.

Please note that bullion products are not eligible for exchange due to market price fluctuations.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags attached (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This does not affect any exclusions that are permitted under applicable law.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
