To begin a consignment, email or call us. We’ll organise a time to visit us in Brisbane, or guide you through sending your coins in securely if you’re interstate or unable to attend in person.

How consignment works

  1. Initial discussion – We talk through your collection, your goals, and whether consignment is the right fit.
  2. Evaluation & pricing – We assess the coins and discuss realistic selling ranges based on current market demand.
  3. Professional listing – We handle photography, descriptions, pricing strategy, and customer enquiries.
  4. Sale & payout – Once sold, you’re paid your share (75%) after commission.

Can’t visit us in person?

If you’re unable to visit us in Brisbane, you can send your coins to us for evaluation.

  • We can provide a prepaid shipping label for $5
  • We carefully evaluate and price your coins once received
  • We discuss the proposed pricing and consignment terms with you
  • If you decide not to proceed, we send your coins back to you at no cost
There’s no pressure to proceed — we want you to be comfortable with the pricing and process before anything is listed.

Commission

Our standard consignment commission is 25%. You receive 75% of the final sale price. For very large collections or exceptional individual coins, commission may be negotiable and will always be discussed upfront.
